Jena Workshops on Strongly Interacting
of Field Theories (SIFT)

Together with Martin Ammon, Georg Bergner, Jens Braun, Holger Gies, Thomas Heinzl, Markus Huber, Axel Maas, Felix Karbstein, Andre Sternbeck, Thomas Strobl, Michael Volkov, Luca Zambelli and Omar Zanusso I organized during the past years a series of Workshops in Jena.

Workshop in Jena

It seems that gauge field theory, gravity and string theory are converging towards each other. It is one purpose our workshops to bring together experts from several ends of these activities, allowing for mutual inspiration and lively interaction.

In the past years these meeting of approximately 40 - 50 scientists have been organized at the auditorium of Rosensäle in towntown Jena.
